Security / Lost & Found

The Saint Mary's Security Department provides security coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This service-oriented department offers vehicle assistance, physical walking escorts from/to your vehicle, guesthouse accommodations, free patient parking, and administration of associate parking and all lost and found articles (donated after 30 days).

Security service is available by dialing 616-685-6500, or ext. 6500 inside the facility. The security office is located on the second level of the Loretto building, which can be accessed from the second level of the main hospital. Patient parking is available within walking distance of the facility. There is the visitor parking across Jefferson and the south patient lot in front of 260 Jefferson, both are near the main entrance.  The mercy center lot is located on the North side of Cherry Street next to the 245 Cherry medical offices.  For those with appointments in our Peter M. Wege Center for Health & Learning, we have a two-story ramp, with North and South entrances off Lafayette Avenue.
